Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities.
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales databases.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.
• Assist with lead generation and basic market research.
• Perform other sales-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
