Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator with experience in transport and logistics to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client coordination, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between sales team, operations, and clients for smooth transport services
• Bring sales or customer.
• Prepare and send quotations for trucking, container transport, and logistics services
• Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and pending deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle booking and scheduling of trucks/containers with operations team
• Monitor delivery status and update clients regularly
• Prepare sales reports, daily/weekly updates, and performance tracking
• Maintain proper documentation (contracts, invoices, delivery notes)
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Coordinate with ports like Jebel Ali Port for container movement updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in transport / logistics / freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of UAE routes, container movement, and documentation
• Strong communication skills (English required, Hindi/Urdu preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email, Reporting)
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Must be currently available in UAE.

Note:

Salary Basic + Commission.

Visa Provided by Company.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
