Sales Coordinator – Flow Control Division

Job Description

CMETS Energy Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, customer relations, and business development for the Flow Control Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the RFQ tracker on a daily basis.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for assigned products.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Follow up on tenders, projects, quotations, orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Generate business opportunities and promote assigned products.
• Handle customer enquiries related to product selection, specifications, and applications.
• Coordinate order processing, logistics, goods inspection, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain product knowledge and support sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on RFQs, quotations, projects, and sales activities.
• Travel to customer sites and support sales presentations, product launches, and training when required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, preferably in Flow Control, Valves, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Products.
• Good knowledge of RFQs, quotations, tenders, and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
