Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and management for daily sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain customer databases in CRM.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on leads, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and sales records.
• Coordinate with the dispatch, service, and accounts departments.
• Schedule customer meetings and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Good follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or CRM will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
