CoolPC Inc is a Kirkland based niche electronics manufacturer/distributor that has been on Seattle's Eastside for over twenty years with facilities in Port Angeles, Washington and Long Beach, California.

From our Washington facilities, we provide industrial components used to help cool or ventilate off systems along with plastic coverings for commercial lighting systems. These systems can range from industrial server rooms to circuit boards the size of a quarter; our small team helps our customers build some of the most interesting systems in the world. Our customers range globally from enterprise-level clients (Department of Defense, Microsoft, Boeing, etc) to small businesses (AV cabinet builders, medical device manufacturers, etc).

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as we kick our team into the next gear. We’ve recently invested deeper into internal growth/structure, are kickstarting new initiatives, and are looking for driven individuals with a passion for getting customers their orders on time. POSITION SUMMARY

The Channel Sales Coordinator is responsible for rebuilding and expanding CoolPC Inc.'s manufacturer representative network by identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new independent manufacturer rep agencies.

The primary objective is to add approximately 5–7 activated manufacturer rep agencies annually in targeted territories and markets. The Coordinator owns the process from prospect identification through activation. Company leadership participates in final rep meetings and selection, while Inside Sales and Engineering provide ongoing product, quotation, order, and technical support once the relationship is established.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify priority territories and markets for additional manufacturer representation.
• Research manufacturer rep agencies serving electrical, industrial controls, automation, OEM, and related markets.
• Review historical CoolPC rep relationships for potential re-engagement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective rep agencies and key contacts.
• Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Conduct initial conversations and qualify prospective agencies based on customer relationships, territory coverage, complementary product lines, potential conflicts, capabilities, and overall fit.
• Generate interest in representing CoolPC and advance qualified agencies to company leadership.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective reps and company leadership and prepare relevant background information.
• Follow up with prospective reps and maintain momentum throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate agreements, territory assignments, product scope, and onboarding for approved reps.
• Transition activated reps to Inside Sales and Engineering for ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate rep prospecting and pipeline information in Odoo.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable process for recruiting and activating new manufacturer reps.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
