Sales Coordinator

* Sales Documentation: Prepare accurate Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders, and quotations in alignment with client purchase orders and company pricing policies.

* Dashboard & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive Sales Dashboards and order trackers to provide the management team with clear visibility on sales performance and order status.

* Data Management (Excel): Apply advanced Excel formulas (like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF) to organize sales data, validate inputs, and ensure error-free reporting.

* Delivery & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery workflows and confirm site readiness before dispatching goods.

* Transport & Logistics: Liaise with transport providers to secure vehicles, negotiate competitive freight rates, track shipments, and share transit details with clients.

* Inventory & Stock Tracking: Monitor stock levels and warehouse movement to ensure availability matches incoming sales orders and prevent dispatch delays.

* Professional Communication: Draft clear, formal email communications for clients, transporters, and internal departments regarding order status, follow-ups, and queries.
