Sales Coordinator

• Order Management: Process customer orders, track progress, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and accounts team to ensure timely payment collection.
• Customer Support: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide regular updates to clients.
• Sales Reporting (MIS): Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Quotation & Documentation: Prepare quotations, Proforma invoices, agreements, and maintain proper documentation.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transporters and vendors to negotiate better freight rates and arrange timely dispatch.
• Sales Data Management: Update and maintain sales order sheets, job worksheets, and CRM databases.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure proper filing of contracts, approvals, and compliance-related documents. (IATF Audit/Internal Audit)
• Support to Sales Team: Assist in preparing presentations, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
• Tender Documents: Prepare Tender documents and upload to GEM portal.
• Ensure timely response to customer queries and complaints.
