Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and learning about lighting products to support our sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations

Communicate product strategies and updates clearly with the sales team to align efforts

Assist walk-in customers by answering enquiries about lighting products to enhance customer experience

Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers

Prepare accurate quotations to support sales activities and customer decision-making

Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer purchases

Source and compare product prices from suppliers to support cost-effective purchasing decisions

Maintain organised filing of documents, both digital and paper, to ensure easy retrieval and record-keeping
