SALES COORDINATOR

About the role

A Sales Coordinator role at Seng Fung Supplies & Services Sdn. Bhd., responsible for managing customer communications, quotations, sales orders, and related documentation while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and handle enquiries
• Respond to WhatsApp, Messenger and customer messages
• Prepare and manage quotations accurately
• Handle Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and related documents
• Process and follow up on customer orders and purchase orders (PO/LPO)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper sales records and documentation
• Assist in daily sales and administrative operations

About you

• Prior working experience in preparing quotations is required
• Experience in sales coordination or sales administration
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Good follow-up skills and a positive working attitude
