Sales Coordinator

Visual Sound is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for our headquarters in Broomall, PA. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficiency and success of the sales organization by managing administrative responsibilities, maintaining accurate data within the company?s operating system, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments.

This role requires a highly organized professional capable of managing complex procurement contracts, technical equipment documentation, and formal bid submissions.

Please be advised that this role is fully onsite. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Data & System Management: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the operating system to manage sales opportunities, funnel updates, inventory, and record maintenance.
• Quote & Order Processing: Generate accurate quotes for AV components, secure freight costs, and process purchase orders and credit card transactions.
• Vendor Relations: Interface with manufacturers to secure project-specific pricing, maximize margins on Bills of Materials (BOMs), and register project deals.
• Compliance & Bids: Ensure all quotes comply with state procurement contracts and organize documentation for technical and administrative bid submissions.
• Logistics Support: Provide timely follow-ups on order status, shipping schedules, back orders, and equipment repairs.
