Sales Coordinator

SKY FOODS is looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Coordinator to manage frozen chicken sales operations and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and customer orders
• Handle order processing, invoicing & dispatch follow-up
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Communicate with production & logistics team for timely delivery
• Monitor stock availability and report to management
• Handle customer queries and payment follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years experience in frozen chicken / poultry / FMCG industry
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Local candidates preferred (Udumalpet & surrounding areas)

Skills Required:

• Sales coordination & customer handling
• Billing & documentation knowledge
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
