JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES COORDINATOR

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 per month onwards
Qualification: Graduation or MBA in Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with customers, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding orders and payments.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer communications.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales support.
• Freshers may be considered if they have strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits
