Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator with Hamilton U.S ., the position will be responsible for supporting sales operations through business analytics, reporting, inventory coordination, order management, and administrative support. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of business initiatives and efficient day-to-day operations.

Functie-eisen Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, business analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and business reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to operate computer equipment, communicate effectively, hear, bend, stoop, reach, and occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity and prolonged computer work are required. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
