Our dating profile: we clean homes, and we’re like really freaking good at it. Our customers love us, our team actually likes each other, and we have fun while getting stuff done. If you’re looking for a boring, buttoned-up office job, this isn’t it.

We’re a woman-owned company voted Best in the Valley seven years in a row (WHOO HOO), and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our office team full time. You’ll be the first voice a lot of our new customers hear. Your job is to make them feel taken care of from the very first call, help them pick the right service, and get them on the schedule.

✨What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls from people who want their homes cleaned
Follow up with people who requested a quote (and actually get them on the phone)
Help customers choose the right service and get them booked
Text and email customers through our CRM, GoHighLevel
Post and fill open spots on our cleaning schedule
Do the occasional in-home estimate in a Queen of Cleaning car

Your schedule is:
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week
No nights
No weekends
Your evenings are yours. Your weekends are yours. Make plans and keep them.
(Or rot in bed on the weekends; it's your time!)

✨ You Won’t Be On Your Own
You’ll work directly with the owner, Annie, and with Kim, who’s been part of the Queen of Cleaning team for 8+ years. You’ll get paid training on our systems and services from day one. Sales experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you’re great with people and love helping them make a good decision, we’ll teach you the rest.

✨ What You’ll Need
Love yapping? Good, this role is on the phone a lot.
Clear, professional email and text communication
Strong computer skills (we use Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, MaidCentral, and Asana)
An outgoing, friendly, upbeat personality
You’re organized and you follow up without being reminded
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
