Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator at New RBW Marketing supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating orders, encoding sales data, and maintaining accurate records. They ensure smooth operations by acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments, typically requiring proficiency in MS Office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order Coordination: Assisting the sales team with processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Data Management: Accurately encoding sales data into company systems and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Administrative Support: Managing documentation, including contracts, quotations, and client records.
• Communication: Handling client inquiries, providing after-sales support, and facilitating communication between departments.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports and presentations to help track progress.
• Inventory & Materials: Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related materials and managing samples.

Requirements:

• Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales administration is typically preferred.

Pay: From Php15,300.00 per month
