Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales activities. The position assists in coordinating client inquiries, preparing sales documents, maintaining client records, monitoring sales activities, and facilitating communication between the Sales Team and other departments to achieve the company's sales objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a related position is an advantage.
• Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, quotations, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Professional attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
