Sales Coordinator cum Operation Executive

1. Assists in handling telephone sales enquiries/calls regarding of sales matter.
2. Receive and process purchase orders.
3. Issue sales order, coordinate with warehouse & sales team.
4. Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
5. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
6. Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
7. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
8. Work closely with the team members on daily work / assigned tasks
9. Maintain customer files for easy information retrieve
10. Understand the workflow of the factory for smooth sales operation
11. Working closely with job-related departments (eg. Shipping department and finance department)
12. To learn and follow up on the information required from a new customer.
13. Orders are to be put into the system accordingly without delay.
14. Assist in resolving issues of logistics that are addressed by clients.
15. Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics industry
3. Proficient in SQL Software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other reporting tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
6. Familiarity with inventory management, procurement processes, and quality control principles
7. Proficient in using relevant software and technologies to support operations
8. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
9. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
10. Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
