What they need
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
