Sales Coordinator (Entry Level)

• Up till $3,000 + Variable Bonus + AWS
• 5 days work week only

• Profession in Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
