Sales Coordinator Executive

We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to support the Sales team and management in sales reporting, KPI tracking, sales performance analysis, opportunity/pipeline management, and business presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly sales meeting presentations.
• Consolidate, verify, and analyze sales performance data and KPIs.
• Monitor Global Account Management KPIs, identify performance gaps, and follow up on actions.
• Track key opportunities and sales pipelines through to closing.
• Provide sales data, analysis, reports, and administrative support.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal/global stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Support management meetings, business reviews, and other sales projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Sales Coordination, or related roles.
• Manager, Assistant Manager, PM, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Korean language ability is highly preferred; good English communication skills required.
• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and data management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative and approachable personality.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
