Sales Coordinator Executive

Responsibilities of the position:

• Coordinate by managing all sales needs and support including job sheet issuance, order processing, reports for management, participation in sales activity, and communicating all the relevant information effectively between external and internal departments to optimize sales results.
• Prepare quotations and sales confirmations to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all artwork development and cylinder arrangement activity are placed accurately; reviewed and follow up closely on cylinder purchase activity.
• Attentive and responsive to customer sales order enquiries and customer service needs including complaints and goods return with maximum customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product details and job sheets entered in the MES system are being placed accurately
• Monitor and data entry and perform checking for SAP details feed in information.
• Monitor and verify all customer finished goods stockiest level.
• Execute and maintain a proper filing system for all sale documentation.
• Undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder / SPM, with experience
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Preferable who experience with SAP system
• Good communication skill
• Able to drive and travel
• Able to read and write in English, Malay
• Mandarin Speakers has an advanced advantages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
