Sales Coordinator-Female only

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working as a back end support for sales and operations with opportunities to contribute to both client-facing and internal functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle business tenders and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) applications
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for management
• Draft quotations, product pricing, and commercial
• Follow up on collections and payment schedules
• Support the sales team with administrative and communication tasks

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in tender management (including GeM portal) or sales coordination is an advantage
• FM candidates are preferred for this role
