Sales Coordinator ( Five Days Work )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare catalogues and marketing materials
• Prepare document for the import permits to Singapore and Malaysia etc
• Providing administrative support and business development activities
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and campaign report
• Coordinated shipment schedule and import logistics
• Provide support to trade events & market research
• Manage and update the social media platforms
• Assist in customer services and handle enquiries
• Respond in ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements:

• Non-Degree Tertiary in Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Experience in managing social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)  Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Knowledge in illustration and design
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Pet lover
• Self-motivated, well organized and attentive to details
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
• vlookup & Pivot table & Artificial Intelligence
