Sales Coordinator (Immediate)

Prepare and process Quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely.

Maintain proper records of quotations, PO numbers, and invoice details in Excel.

Follow up closely with clients on project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.

Update and maintain clients’ installation tracking lists in Excel.

Liaise and coordinate with installers and the production department to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct stock takes for clients when required.

Manage stock shipments and arrange proper storage in the warehouse.

Job Requirement:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience will be an advantage)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word.

Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
