Sales Coordinator Intern

Role Objective:
To support the Sales team in coordinating radio campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate spot bookings, RJ mentions, sponsorships, contests, integrations and promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with clients, advertising agencies, Sales, Programming, Production, Marketing and Finance for campaign requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales booking, revenue, client/agency and campaign MIS.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, booking documentation and client presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing requirements, invoice documentation and campaign reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain post-campaign/execution reports and ensure timely campaign closure.
• Support the sales team with client/market research and day-to-day sales administration.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, documentation and timelines.
