Sales Coordinator (Internal)

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives in achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate daily sales activities and showroom operations.
• Maintain customer samples, records, and CRM data accurately.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and deliveries are completed smoothly.
• Handle customer queries and help maintain good customer satisfaction.
• Learn the company’s products, technical specifications, and processes.
• Assist with product presentations, training, and educational sessions.
• Make follow-up calls to customers regarding quotations, orders, new products, and company updates.
• Keep customers informed about the latest products and relevant company information.

Requirement

• Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple orders, quotations, records, and follow-ups.
• Customer-service minded — comfortable communicating with customers and resolving issues.
• Good at communication — especially phone calls, emails, and coordination with different departments.
• Good at problem-solving — able to follow up when there are delays or issues with orders.
• Comfortable with administrative work and CRM systems.
• Willing to learn technical products so you can explain them confidently to customers.
