Sales Coordinator - Live Sales

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any four (4) year course;
• Experience in sales will be considered a plus
• Able to organize data and draft reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Strong communication skills that help to develop courteous conversation with the customers
• Must be willing to work on an early shift (2:00 AM to 6:00 AM Work from Home and 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN Office Work)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Allocates and markets broiler chickens from all QPLC farms to both the QPLC Dressed Chicken and Viajeros
• Monitors the sizes, volume, and current health conditions of chickens from each broiler farm lined up to be harvested for the week
• Utilizes Farm Checkers to verify the weight and volume of flocks at the farm level
• Provides valuable feedbacks to management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manages all inquiries from the customers.
• Coordinates with viajeros to arrange and confirm farm schedules and quantity of booking
• Ensures the accuracy and timely processing of orders including prices and sizes
• Ensures that orders are processed in line with customers’ requirements
• Informs customers of any delays and arrange alternative solutions

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
