Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timing: 09 AM to 6 PM

Job Location - Okhla Phase - 1

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Sales Coordinator (MALE candidates only) to support the sales team with daily coordination, customer follow-ups, documentation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and other documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
