Sales Coordinator Manager (Manufacturing industries)

The Sales Coordination Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales coordination and order management process, including enquiry handling, offer/quotation preparation, commercial coordination, customer follow-up, order execution, internal coordination and sales MIS.

The position will act as an important link between customers, Sales, Costing, PPC, Production, QA/QC, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts and Management to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer requirements.

Enquiry & Sales Coordination

• Receive and coordinate customer enquiries received through Sales, email, phone and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned Sales Manager.
• Maintain an updated Enquiry Tracker and follow up on pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial and delivery-related requirements.
• Ensure timely response to customer requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
