About the role
A customer-facing operations support role coordinating schedules, documents, and communication for the sales team while managing customer inquiries and delivery status updates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries
- Coordinate schedules, documents, and communication for the sales team
- Support operations, stock monitoring, and shipping documents (Invoice/PO/DO)
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to update the status of goods deliveries
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Liaise with Accounts for accuracy and smooth workflow
About you
- Strong communication, negotiation and computer skills
- Confident, self motivated, and target oriented
- Able to work independently
