Mô tả công việc

• Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up on leads
• Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and events with potential and existing clients
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and confirmation letters
• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor and track sales performance, generate reports, and support forecasting activities
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information about hotel services
• Manage the schedules and travel arrangements of the sales team
• Ensure all sales materials and presentations are up-to-date and professionally prepared

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, customer service, or event coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
