Sales Coordinator | ODGNJ – PROTK

We are looking fo an experienced Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales operations, support business development activities, monitor sales performance, and ensure the sales team achieves business targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal departements.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily sales activities, including lead generation, customer inquiries, client meetings, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and maintain a qualified sales database and generate new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to project handover.
• Monitor sales KPIs, sales pipelines, and individual team performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to support business growth.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand business with new customers.
• Prepare and manage sales incentive calculations based on company policies and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM information.
• Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving company objectives.
• Ensure smooth communication between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year of experience leading of supervising a sales team.
• Experience in Construction, EPC, Engineering, or Industrial industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowladge of sales coordination, business development, customer relationship management, and sales administration.
• Proven experience in monitoring sales KPIs, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Exel and PowerPoint; CRM or ERP Experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorites, and meet business targets.
