Sales Coordinator (Order Processing / Shipping)

• Position : Sales Coordinator (Order Processing / Shipping)
• Location : Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing – Hospitality Equipments

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle customer enquiries accurately.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, logistics providers and internal teams on order progress and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and check sales, invoicing and shipping documentation.
• Monitor delivery timelines, resolve order discrepancies and promptly escalate potential delays.
• Keep customers updated on order status and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support payment follow-up and maintain accurate sales and order records.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing or customer service, preferably within manufacturing or trading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using ERP or order management systems is advantageous.
