What they need
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator (Outdoor support) to join our healthcare solutions team. This is a support position focused on assisting our field sales representatives and coordinating product logistics.
Job description:
Act as a point of contact for our hospital clients.
Visit hospital clients to collect orders
Ensure timely replenishment of stock
Help to deliver small and light items
Do stock count of hospital stock either fortnight/monthly
Help to follow up on any outstanding payment
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, administrative support or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical device sectors.
Comfortable visiting hospitals and surgical centers.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for working with sales teams and medical staff.
