Sales Coordinator / Product development Assistant

Responsibilities:

l   Handle customer orders & sampling

l   Arrange sample development with factory

l   Responsible for full set documentation of sample order and related development documents

l   Handle sales sample orders

l   Liaison with customers, factory and vendor

l   Follow up sample shipment status and delivery schedules

l   Responsible for sales coordination and order follow up duties

l   Other client related administrative support

l   Assist with ad-hoc duties when required

l   Provide clerical support

Requirements:

l   Well-organized, detail-mined and able to handle multi-tasks

l   Able to work under pressure

l   Proficiency in English & Chinese

l   Work independently under minimal supervision心

l   IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred

l   Trims knowledge & experience is preferable but not necessary

Benefit Package:

·        5-days work per week
