Sales Coordinator - Real Estate Developer

About the Role

Acube Abodes Realty, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant real estate experience in Dubai and strong coordination, communication, and sales support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in daily activities and follow-ups.
• Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with clients and real estate brokers.
• Prepare sales reports, booking forms, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on leads, reservations, payments, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, units, bookings, and sales transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Administration, and Customer Relations.
• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales operations and reporting.
• Maintain regular communication with brokers and clients.
• Monitor sales progress and follow up on pending transactions.
• Ensure proper and timely completion of sales documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Dubai real estate, preferably with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and sales process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates with own visa or spouse visa preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
