Position Summary

We are seeking a Remote Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting sales activities, coordinating with clients, managing leads and follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with leads and customers.
• Coordinate sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track follow-ups.
• Handle customer communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Willing to work 5.5 days/week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) (Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

• Must be responsive and contactable after hours for urgent operations support.
