Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer orders into the system.
• Track and follow up on delivery status, stock availability, and special instructions from customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding orders, products, and delivery status.
• To assist sales personnel in handling customers' inquiries, complaints and orders through WhatsApp, email, fax, and phone calls.
• To assist and inform customers and sales personnel about orders, product/stock availability and order delivery status.
• Any ad-hock sales admin tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or diploma in any related field.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in using ERP System for ordering process is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales order processing and coordination.
