Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator (Electronic Components)

An electronic company is looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotation and invoices, process sales orders
• Follow up with key accounts' supply chains and internal parties for sales order processing, coordination and enquiries
• Assist and coordinate in stock planning
• Prepare the monthly report, forecast, budgeting etc
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing / Sales Coordination/
• Customer Service is preferred
• Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers
• Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
• Familiar with using Vlookup and Pivot Table
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
