Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant

Job Description

• Handling sales orders from customers and other relevant documents
• Follow up production schedule with factory & products delivery
• Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers
• Support sales personnel by liaising with customers and coworkers
• Ensuring the timely and precise placement of production orders, along with providing order status reports and managing delivery schedules.
• Assist in sales data updating and consolidation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree above in any discipline
• Minimum 1 years of working experience as a sales coordinator
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Familiar with Google softwares
• Immediately available is preferred
