Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Admin

1.Location: Marina Square

• Working days: Monday - Friday + Alternate Half Sat WFH
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm / 9am to 1pm(WFH)

2. Location: Gul Circle

• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to sales department.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers
• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
• Prepare quotations.
• Any other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
