Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (ID: 710009)

Job Scope:

• Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents using Excel templates.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the Sales team and relevant internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and other administrative matters.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and other related documents.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding documents with relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to Sales team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status, when required.
• Handle general sales administration and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales support experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
