Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Admin

About the role

This role involves supporting sales operations through documentation, account coordination, order and logistics tracking, data management, and administrative support to the Head of Sales in a trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales documents, including proforma invoices and sales orders
• Act as the key contact point between the Head of Sales and overseas clients to ensure smooth order execution
• Monitor delivery schedules of products, coordinate with support and shipping team, and provide status updates to management
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer profiles
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the head of sales to facilitate daily operations

About you

• Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, sales coordination, or sales support
• Assistant Merchandiser experience in a buying office is highly preferred
• Experience in the overseas trading or import/export sector is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese) for effective daily messaging or emailing with overseas clients
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
