Sales Coordinator (Skudai)

• Run PSI and monitor the delivery status for all major customer
• Resond to customer enquiries / complaints
• Monitor all Pre-Alert shipment from customer
• Ensure all new customer’s particulars are updated into Pickup system
• Handle all flyer’s requisition from customer
• Assist customer on OSC system
• Answer queries from customer pertaining the rates /quotations
• Handle parcel guard
• Tele-marketing
• To handle and additional task handled by Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
• At least one (1) year experience in sales / marketing / business development role with proven track records.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; speak in Mandarin will be advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a pre-requisite.
• Possess own transport with D license and willing to travel to do sale.
• Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
