Industry: Smart Lock Technology products, include smart lock, safes, high-security padlocks, CCTV and alarm systems, security doors and wooden doors, metal grills, and more.

Office Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

What we need you to do?

• To provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers to coordinate site surveys, installation planning, deliveries, and service requirements.

• General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.

• Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and other necessary reports.

• Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

What we need from you?

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/ Diploma.
• Required skills): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.
• Min 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
