What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage sales activities, ensuring all client inquiries are promptly addressed and tracked
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and client files
• Liaise between sales team members, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless communication
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction progress
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or Business related programs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales support role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst maintaining professional standards
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or property sales processes is preferred
• Fluency in English and local languages is an asset
