Sales Coordinator/Purchasing Agent

We are now seeking a sales coordinator for our Miami Gardens Headquarters location. This is a position with availability for training, professional growth, and career advancement.

Requirements

· 3 years' experience in purchasing and order entry

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a must

· Experience with Core Business Systems a Plus

· Office Furniture Experience a plus

· Serve as a liaison between the manufacturer and sales

· Ability to escalate complex issues after trying to resolve independently

· Answer questions, such as order status, pricing, and changes to orders

· Ability to work well with others; Must interact professionally with colleagues

· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

· Must possess advance problem-solving and time management skills

· Willing and able to learn and adapt to new technology

Job Duties

· Order & Data entry (accuracy a must)

· Keep orders, acknowledgements and other projects organized

· Manage logistics to track and receive orders into the system
