About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to write personalized, persuasive proposals and outreach messages for potential clients. You will turn a client's needs into clear, relevant messages that start real conversations and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Write personalized proposals based on each client's project description
• Identify the client's main problem, their underlying concern and what motivates them to hire
• Write strong opening lines that earn the client's attention
• Present our services as a relevant solution to the client's situation
• Adapt tone, structure and messaging to different clients and project types
• Ask clear questions when information is missing
• Review response and interview rates, and improve messages based on results and feedback
• Work with our sales team to understand our services, positioning and strengths Requirements
• 2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in sales copy, direct response, cold outreach or proposals
• Strong, natural, professional written English
• Understanding of buyer psychology, persuasion and handling objections
• Ability to write concise, specific, human-sounding copy
• Good judgment about what to include and what not to promise
• Ability to explain why a message should work
• Willingness to revise work based on feedback and performance data

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
