Sales Cordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates.
• Maintain customer records and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of sales records.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
• Perform other back-office and sales coordination activities as assigned.
