- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B sales, SaaS solutions, and end-to-end sales processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and launch products or services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as Business Development Manager or Customer Relationship & Sales Manager in the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage them for effective lead management and pipeline tracking.
